This policy applies to items purchased in the ISOLINES shop page.
If there is a defect in the item or print quality, please email us within 10 days to get the process started. The print shop allows 30 days to return defective products so to ensure that we can fit in that timeline, please reach out as soon as you recognize an issue. Replacement items are available for printing defects.
